Forming in the summer of 2007, BOWERY got the news that Joel Ferguson (Papa Vegas/The Verve Pipe) was joining the band, giving them a leg up on the local competition as well as a head start on developing itself into a legitimate musical entity worthy of regional and national attention - in both performance and songwriting
In the short time that BOWERY has operated, much has been said about the band's originality, devotion to solid songwriting ethics, and a willingness to experiment in and out of their genre.
